During my decade-long tenure, I actively participated in a wide array of transofrmational activities such as

• New HCM software introduction (SAP to Workday, Polaris, Topia).

• Introducing new case management solutions (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Neocase)

• Acted as go-live and hypercare support, continuing as a superuser or citizen developer.

• Performed and co-ordinated countless UAT scripts.

• Successfully transitioned, centralised, and streamlined HR operational business processes from various subsidiary locations to act as a centralised and unified business delivery hub.

• Building analytics dashboards, reporting, defining and mediating developer requirements.

• Automated whatevery I could, whenever I could

• Written more process descriprions, knowlede articles, user manuals and transition notes that could fit the pages of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Being a jack of all trades is relatively rare and it has it’s usefulness when a holistic and consolidated approach is required to make sure that everyone speaks the same language.
